AUSTIN (KXAN) – Austin Police launched a homicide investigation after a person was shot and killed at a North Austin apartment complex Sunday night.According to APD, officers got the call about the shooting at the Villas Del Sol apartment complex on Rutland Drive around 8:40 p.m.
